Meet Joel Jason O. Chua
Joel is a Filipino illustrator, concept artist, and professor of computer graphics & concept art.
He is legitimately self-employed as a Photoshop ninja under his company Mayalaya C.D.C. His clients are primarily from the publishing and entertainment industries. From packaging concept art & illustration, children’s books and comics to animation and games, he has marked over seven years of illustration and digital painting.
He has collaborated with authors, comic book artists, marketing professionals, game artists, film producers, animation directors, and non-government organizations to help bring out their visions in color.
He is the administrator and educator behind the Pixel Pintura Workshops and also teaches at the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde School of Design and Arts.
